This anti-inflammatory MCT fat bomb recipe is another way to incorporate healthy fats in a delicious treat super packed with great nutritional benefits.

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops Perfect Keto MCT oil powder
  • 10 drops liquid Stevia
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • Pinch chinese five spice
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl whisk together all of the dry ingredients.
  2. Add in the warm water and stir until well combined.
  3. Distribute the mix evenly between 12 silicone candy molds, about 1 tbsp per mold.
  4. Set in the freezer until hard.
  5. Keep them frozen until ready to eat, they will melt fast!
