You don’t have to feel guilty about these frozen treats. With this mint chip popsicles with micro greens recipe, you get 4 servings of your fruits and veggies in each treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk (room temp)
  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 20 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Micro Greens
  • Dash of cardamom
  • 1 bar Lily’s Dark Chocolate Bar (stevia sweetened)

Instructions

  1. Combine the coconut milk, mint leaves, stevia and scoop of micro greens in your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Chop up the chocolate bar and add a few pieces to each popsicle mold. Then distribute the minty mix evenly between them as well, should be just enough to fill up 6 standard popsicle molds.
  4. Next, add in the remaining chocolate pieces to each mold.
  5. Add in the sticks and set in the freezer until hardened!
